As a Unisa graduate holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Industrial Psychology and recently completed a BCom Honours in Industrial Psychology, I developed a strong understanding of workplace psychology, employee relations, and organizational communication during my studies. Additionally, my experience as a volunteer student mentor enhanced my ability to engage with diverse individuals, support personal development, and foster a positive learning environment which also helped polish my communication and problem-solving skills.
